- To find the product you want to buy browse through the categories in our store or use the search bar.
- When you have chosen the product, select the color, size, quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button.
- Once you have added the product you can continue browsing and adding to your shopping cart the products you want.
- When you have added all the products you are going to buy, go to your shopping cart where you will find them, verify that they are the ones you chose and click on "FINISH SHOPPING".
- Fill in your personal data and location data for delivery.
- Choose the payment method you want. Puedes elegir pagar con Tarjeta de Crédito, Tarjeta Débito, Transferencias electrónicas o en efectivo todas estas utilizando nuestra plataforma de pagos Payu.
- Check the confirmation message of your purchase and wait for the confirmation email.

How to buy in bulk?
To make wholesale purchases you must contact our customer service line +57 317 300 0217 or through our email info@baru-swimwear.com to assign a commercial advisor who will personally attend your request.
From how many units do I receive the wholesale price?
Starting at 30 units.
How does wholesale shipping work?
The value of the shipment is assumed by the customer. In case of international shipments the customer must assume the costs of storage and customs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
10 to 20 working days.
If I want to make customized designs, can Barú Swimwear produce them in their entirety?
In this case it is important that you contact our service lines to know a little about your proposal, our design area will review it and we will give you an answer.
Shipping and Returns
What is the shipment coverage?
In Baru Swimwear we go wherever you are. Our coverage is national and international for retail and wholesale purchases.
What is the shipping cost?
Our shipments are totally free at national and international level for retail purchases. If you are a wholesale customer you must assume the value of shipping, this value is determined by the carrier.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic shipments: 8 to 10 business days. International shipments: 10 to 20 business days.
Can I make an exchange in a physical store for a product purchased through the site?
If possible, please contact our customer service line + 57 310 453 0024/+57 313 674 6335 or through our email info@baru-swimwear.com to coordinate the availability of the product in store and the exchange.
What to do if I am not here when my order arrives?
If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier may leave your product with any person of legal age who is at the address registered at the time of purchase. If there is no one to receive the order, a new delivery attempt will be made the next business day. The carrier will make up to three delivery attempts and if the order cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse.
What to do if you received a different product than the one you ordered?
If you do not receive the product you ordered (in reference, size or color), please contact our Customer Service line + 57 310 453 0024/+57 313 674 6335 or through our e-mail info@baru-swimwear.com. We will manage the return of your product and exchange it for the correct one. Remember that the change under this concept has no additional cost.
What to do if my order is late in arriving?

How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
To make the exchange through our online store you have up to 10 days after your purchase, to exercise the right of withdrawal and receive your money back you have up to 5 working days after delivery of the product.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Within 12 days after receiving the product, you must contact our customer service line + 57 310 453 0024/+57 313 674 6335 or through our email info@baru-swimwear.com. You can request an exchange of your product according to the terms established in our warranty policy.
Can I request a refund of my order?
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in the law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 working days from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it. To manage the return of your product you must contact the Customer Service line (available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) Colombia time or through our mail info@baru-swimwear.com
If I want to change the product and the one I want costs less, will I get the excess back?
You can exchange it for another product and we will reimburse the excess value through a voucher for you to redeem it in future purchases.
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher will be valid for 60 days after issuance.
Product Warranty
Can I make an exchange for damage to the garment?
