How to buy in bulk?

The value of the shipment is assumed by the customer. In case of international shipments the customer must assume the costs of storage and customs.

Shipping and Returns

What is the shipment coverage?

In Baru Swimwear we go wherever you are. Our coverage is national and international for retail and wholesale purchases.

Our shipments are totally free at national and international level for retail purchases. If you are a wholesale customer you must assume the value of shipping, this value is determined by the carrier.

Domestic shipments: 8 to 10 business days. International shipments: 10 to 20 business days.

If possible, please contact our customer service line + 57 310 453 0024/+57 313 674 6335 or through our email info@baru-swimwear.com to coordinate the availability of the product in store and the exchange.

If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier may leave your product with any person of legal age who is at the address registered at the time of purchase. If there is no one to receive the order, a new delivery attempt will be made the next business day. The carrier will make up to three delivery attempts and if the order cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse.

If you do not receive the product you ordered (in reference, size or color), please contact our Customer Service line + 57 310 453 0024/+57 313 674 6335 or through our e-mail info@baru-swimwear.com. We will manage the return of your product and exchange it for the correct one. Remember that the change under this concept has no additional cost.

To make the exchange through our online store you have up to 10 days after your purchase, to exercise the right of withdrawal and receive your money back you have up to 5 working days after delivery of the product.

Within 12 days after receiving the product, you must contact our customer service line + 57 310 453 0024/+57 313 674 6335 or through our email info@baru-swimwear.com. You can request an exchange of your product according to the terms established in our warranty policy.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in the law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 working days from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it. To manage the return of your product you must contact the Customer Service line (available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) Colombia time or through our mail info@baru-swimwear.com

You can exchange it for another product and we will reimburse the excess value through a voucher for you to redeem it in future purchases.

The voucher will be valid for 60 days after issuance.
